Col. Isiah M. Harper

As Director of the Clinical Service Support Division with the United States Army Medical Material Agency, Col. Harper was responsible for a staff of 30 personnel and a budget over $3.2 Million. He Managed the Product Safety Surveillance, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Product Technical Operations, and Product Management Support Branches. Col. Harper was responsible for the development of medical products by providing expert assistance in the areas of new product manufacturing, testing and accountability, clinical monitoring, data management, biostatistics, and adverse event monitoring and reporting. He supported technical base (Research Area Directorates) in the transition of products to Advanced Development. He is Working Group Chair and Product Sponsor for the Electronic Data Capture System. He was also an Advisory Board Member for the Hand Transplant Program, Office of the Army Surgeon General.
