Living historians from the Blue and Gray Hospital Association will be at the Pry House Field Hospital Museum portraying Civil War medical personnel.
The Blue and Gray Hospital Association will be on-site at the Pry House Field Hospital Museum between 11 AM – 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, September 23-24, providing living history programs about medical operations during the Battle of Antietam. The Pry barn was used as a field hospital after battle, making it the perfect place to engage with the living historians from the Blue and Gray Hospital Association.
The Blue and Gray Hospital Association is a medical living history unit founded in 2012 to deliver educational programs for the public at various historic sites around the country.
This event is included with admission to the Pry House Field Hospital Museum and free for NMCWM members.
