Your Privacy:  Your personal information and email address are collected only for NMCWM use.  Information is never provided to other companies or organizations.

Our Return Policy:  We expect you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Dispensary Store.  Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the item is damaged in order arrange a return/exchange (less shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase.  All returned merchandise must be unused, and be in the original packaging, with an accompanying receipt.

Availability and Pricing:  Item availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.  You will be informed of any changes affecting your order.

Shipping Charges:  Unless indicated, prices do not include shipping fees.  The on-line purchase allows you to choose the shipping method and calculates the charges bases on the items purchased.  We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method to improve delivery.  If your calculated shipping fee exceeds the cost of your purchase please contact us in order to arrange an alternative purchase/shipping method.
