All-day symposium on the skills, knowledge and resources necessary to provide quality living history programs at historic sites. Presenters include Guy Hasegawa, NMCWM Board of Directors; Lori Eggleston, NMCWM Collections and Exhibit Manager; Mark Quattrock, collector and a Civil War medical living historian; Jackie Greer; Bob and Sharon Werner of the Freedom Guards Living History Company. Topics include: Need for Quality Interpretation; Proper Attire; Proper Care and Transportation of Artifacts; and Civil War-Era Pharmacology. Notebooks and handouts included. Fee: $55.00.
